Located at 816 4 Ave S, Lethbridge, AB, the Lethbridge Opportunity Hub is a safe and welcoming space for young adults ages 16 to 24 who are interested in fostering their own personal growth and development through a variety of resources and service themes including:

• Personal Development (e.g., Self-confidence, coping with difficult feelings, goal-setting)
• Interpersonal Development (e.g., Effective communication with others, managing conflict)
• Life-Skills Building (e.g., Budgeting, time management, self-care, connection with culture and community)
• Systems Navigation for Mental Health, Addiction, Housing, and Well-Being Supports
• Employment Readiness (e.g., resume building, job searching, interview skills)
• Employment Training (e.g., WHMIS, food handling)
• Employment Matching (e.g., interest and skill identification, connecting clients with employers, job shadowing, work experience, volunteerism, paid employment)
• Peer Mentorship
